How much does it cost to get married at St. Mary’s?

We offer two wedding packages for your special day. The five hour package includes time for your rehearsal, decorating, and ceremony for $950. We also have a three hour package for simpler ceremonies for $625. You can also add time at $190 per hour. Use of the patio is included in both packages during your contracted time.

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. This also acts as a refundable cleaning deposit. Active duty and first responders receive a 10% special discount. Because we are on railroad property, event insurance is required and runs about $100. Let us work with you as you create you perfect wedding!

How many people will the chapel seat?

The chapel seats 90 comfortable. Its capacity is 110.

What size runner will cover the carpet?

The size is 5’ X 40’

Is there a schedule for the trains?

There is no way to know when the trains will be traveling down the rails behind OSM. However, thanks to great insulation, if the doors are closed, the train will not cause problems during your ceremony. You will know that a train is going by but it will not disrupt the speakers or music.

Do we have kitchen facilities for receptions?

We do not have kitchen facilities. However, we have had many catered receptions on the patio without a problem.

Can we get in to plan for decorating or to show family and friends the chapel?

We are open most Wednesdays from 5-7. Please call or email to check.

Does the chapel have heat/air?

Even though the chapel was built in 1883, when the Rocklin Historical Society renovated the chapel they did add not only heat and air but also a great sound system and insulation!
